The staff was really helpful and the location of the hotel was good
the room provided was very close to the other room and it wasn’t noise proof. Also the AC wasn’t working.

The rooms were a good size, breakfast was excellent, staff were helpful and accommodating.

The location was fantastic, close to town centre, loads of fantastic places to eat, shopping and only a few minutes from the Gardens of Augustus and Capri Rooftop. The breakfast was great and the service was amazing. Staff were really lovely, friendly and helpful with everything, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel restaurant also served delicious food which was handy if you are too tired to go anywhere. Oh and ocean views from your balcony too!
They do not provide an iron but they do have an ironing service.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were extremely helpful in assisting our large group especially with getting our bags to the ferry.
We enjoyed the breakfast very much.
The AC was very good and our room stayed cool throughout the day.
Our room could have been cleaner at check in. There was a lot of hair on the floor unfortunately .
The bed was very firm and a bit uncomfortable.

sound isolation of the room was very bad. we heard every single noise come from the street, from the corridor and from the other floors.

We got a free upgrade for the room.
From a 4 star hotel you would except that there is something in the mini bar... There was nothing. The products in the bathroom were even to poor for a 3 star hotel.

Location was excellent, just a short walk from the main square bit in a nice quiet location to avoid how busy the square was. The online pictures do not do the hotel justice, there have obviously been recent refurbishments and the rooms have been redecorated to a nice, new modern standard. Hotel reception staff were extremely helpful for the whole visit.
Breakfast service was rather busy with not too much organisation as is self service - the service team worked very hard but slightly muddled in the offering of hot drinks. The food however on offer was very nice.

great location, friendly staff but facilities not so great!
we had 2 master bedroom and both had issues with
the shower; they told us they were working on them but
the 2 nights we stayed there they didn’t work properly.
one of the rooms had a balcony so was extremely noisy
at night with people partying outside.
The pool was close so you couldn’t use it
and they charge you every day for
bottles of water if you want for your room,
(they should come included at least 1 bottle
each day per room)

The location of the hotel was convenient to shopping and restaurants but also had great views and quiet. Breakfast was good too. Our room was upgraded upon checkin and very spacious. It also had an empty fridge that we could put things in.
Our bed was not that comfortable.
