The building is beautiful and unique… with a long history behind. As soon as you get inside… you can immediately feel its strong personality. Moreover, Janet is very polite and always keen to make your stay there unforgettable! Finally, the place is super clean and the breakfast is marvellous… always oriented to the min detail.

Friendly welcoming host, great breakfast, nice large room and comfortable bed. An easy walk into the city centre and into Warwick Castle, the entrance to which is next door. Great to have off street parking at the cottage.

We had one night at Park Cottage and our stay was excellent. Janet and Stuart are great hosts and made us feel very welcome. Park cottage is a wonderful old building in a great location for both the town and the castle. The facilities are great and the accommodation is very comfortable and spotlessly clean, Breakfast was first class. We stopped at Park Cottage for just one night on our way home from a holiday on the south coast but we will definitely be back to stay for a little longer and explore Warwick and the surrounding area.
To be honest couldn't fault the place or the hosts it was excellent.
