Seems that rooms are old but facilities are ok. Check the feasibility to renovate the rooms.

Location is good, close to Patong beach.
When I arrived and asked a staff member for some information, I did not feel welcomed. The staff member was quite unfriendly. She usually works the evening shift. However, I would like to mention that the staff working in the morning were friendly and helpful.
There was also a strong unpleasant smell in the hallway, and the hallways were very dark. The toilet area was also quite dark. The ventilation system does not seem to work properly.
The swimming pool is only open until 6:00 PM, which we feel is too early. It would be much better if it stayed open until at least 10:00 PM.
Overall, we were not completely satisfied with our experience and would prefer not to choose this location again next time.

"Friendly staff and a great location for us. We lived in the condo next door for years, so staying here felt like coming home and we know the area very well. For a first time visitor it is a little far..."
