Good value. Chinese restaurant attached to it was lovely. Great service and views
All the staff were lovely
A bit outdated. But it was a good price for what it was

Room was what we expected. We were pleased that a restaurant with a lovely view of the river was attached. Food was fabulous and the price was great. Hotel rooms are set back off the main road which meant we could not hear any traffic from the highway. Table and chairs were included in the room, and there was allocated suitcase space which was elevated off the ground. Shower had good pressure / temperature. Linen on the bed was crisp, clean and new. Staff were very friendly.
Bed was a bit too soft for my liking, and when sitting in bed to watch TV, the bed kept moving away from the wall. Extra bed pillows in the room would add to comfort. Bathroom sink needs to be replaced. Lights behind bed are poorly placed (You hit your head on them when sitting in bed watching TV). Bedside table lamps would work better. However, I would still rate our stay 9/10, as everything else was as expected.

Good location and clean.
No milk in the room for tea.

Lovely beds and crisp linen. Cleanliness was good. Pool was nice and clear. Accomodating and easily accessible for trailers thanks. Fairly private and quiet, great outlook over the river.
The lack of privacy with insufficient curtains - Room 19. Blinds don't count.
I had to put the spare blanket over the dresser and over to the bathroom door as at 5 or 6am it was like sunbaking.
