Place and stuff is great. The complex is very well maintained, pool is clean, water is great . It is very quiet and perfect for one off from the noizy city. As a minus I found 2 things, which can be handled in future and make it the perfect place to stay. Fridge in the room is missing ( closest town Perushtitsa is 3 km away) and food and bar is closing at 7 pm and no other option for eating, rather tanh going to the town for dinner.

Esterra Vini Guest House is een familiewijndomein, en ik was positief verrast door deze unieke plek, prachtig gelegen tussen de wijnranken. Het zwembad is heerlijk en vanaf het balkon heb je een geweldig uitzicht over de wijngaarden met de bergen op de achtergrond. De omgeving is rustig en groen, ideaal om echt tot rust te komen. De badkamer was ruim en comfortabel. In de buurt zijn verschillende wijnhuizen waar je wijn kunt proeven, wat mijn verblijf extra bijzonder maakte. Absoluut een aanrader!

It was new and clean and looked nice from the outside.
The room was not properly described on Booking. It was advertised as a family suite. When we got there we discovered two entirely separate rooms and a separate bathroom in a cold corridor/open stairwell. This is not my expectation of a suite. We slept in one bedroom and paid for another that was entirely unused. It was cold weather so we had to go out into the corridor to use the bathroom that could not be heated in any way as it was in the open stairwell and could be accessed by other people in the building.
