Good location. Interior is tastefully decorated, facilities complete.

Had a hard time looking for the property upon arrival because hotel name was not the same in the photo shown in the reservation as on the facade - a totally different name was written. Photo provided of the façade was not accurate. Number sequence of units in the building was also not consecutively arranged so it was hard to find based on street number & inquiries led us nowhere. (Good thing the very gracious manager waited for us for an hour!) I also didn't see towel racks in the bathroom.

Gostitelj je bil zelo prijazen in ustrežljiv. Zelo je bil odziven na sporčila. Žal smo zamujali več ur in gostitelj nas je potrpežljivo in prijazno pričakal.

The apartment location is great, close to stores, restaurants, supermarkets, and the market, and close to train station. There's a lot of action going on right outside of the apartment. It is a big apartment, has a main floor and a mezanin. 3 bathrooms so its nice to have staying with family or groups. There's an elevator so you only have to climb a couple of stairs to get to the elevator.

The host was late to deliver the keys, we coordinated days in advance, i told him the train and my arrival schedule, then when i arrived i notified him, and still had to wait a lot for him. He was not very nice. In florence, the garbage disposals are located in certain streets. So he told me to take the trash , which is 2 blocks away. There's a cleaning fee of 70 euros. So why do i have to take out the trash and take it 2 blocks away, if they are charging a high cleaning fee !!! Of course i left the garbage in the apartment (go earn that money !! ) The main floor has high ceilings, one bedroom (double bed) , 2 bathrooms, 1 sofa bed. The mezanin has one bedroom and 1 bathroom, the ceiling in the mezanin is so low that you will hit your head so many times. Also the ceiling is made of wood and it smells a lot of humidity. The shower is so tiny , you cannot even bend inside, showering here is an act i should be paid for ! The apartment is very load at night, you can hear everything on the street and the back alley. So you will not sleep very well. The kitchenware was disgusting, the coffee moka had so many stains inside we rather not use it. The kitchen was tiny, and the gas range is not very good, so it makes it very hard to prepare a meal for a family. There's only washing machine, not dryer, and it was very small, not suitable for a family or a group. We stayed in several apartments in Italy, and overall, my family was not very happy with this one.
