2 bedroom 2 bathroom condominium is located on the Gulf side of our property.
Questo primo piano 2 camere da letto 2 bagni condominio si trova sul lato del Golfo della nostra proprietà. Per la sua posizione centrale, è a pochi passi dalla nostra spiaggia di sabbia bianca, dai campi da tennis, dalla piscina e dai barbecue a carbonella. Per rispettare il Codice di sicurezza della contea di Sarasota, le nostre unità con due camere da letto possono ospitare un massimo di sei persone. La camera da letto principale è arredata con un letto king-size regolabile e la camera degli ospiti ha un letto matrimoniale e un letto full size. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV 32 "a schermo piatto, mentre il soggiorno ha una grande TV a schermo piatto da 50" con servizio di TV HD. Il bagno principale ha una cabina doccia e il bagno per gli ospiti ha una combinazione vasca / doccia. La bella cucina spaziosa ha ripiani in Corian e un sacco di armadi. È completamente equipaggiato con tutti gli articoli necessari per cucinare: pentole / padelle, piatti, utensili, tostapane e macchina per il caffè, nonché una macchina Keurig. C'è bella tessera in tutta l'unità. Il patio è incorporato nell'unità, che aggiunge spazio vitale, e c'è un'area esterna per voi e la vostra famiglia per godere della nostra calda brezza tropicale.

Pool by the bay was great! Short walk to the beach. My only issue was lack of convenience item in kitchen and bathrooms. Also when we arrived the place was completely covered in what Florida calls “love bugs”. It would have been nice if they looked the place over before we arrived so we didn’t have to sweep and vacuum upon arrival. Overall great place after the bugs were gone.

We had a lovely time at Siesta Key. The property was nice but desperately needs some love and updates. The unit was clean, the beds were comfortable but there were some plumbing issues, and many of the outlets needed to be replaced. The location is great and the beach was wonderful. We enjoyed our trip very much.

It’s a nice property with a good pool and good access to the beach. Parking was easy and we enjoyed the property.
Very spacious unit with large rooms and lots of space to spread out. Living room furniture was very comfortable and remainder of funiginhs were fine.
Not everything in the unit in great repair. Bathroom drains were both broken/loose, kitchen faucet also loose and didn’t work great. Grout in tile very stained. Guest bathroom not the cleanest. Thermostat locked at lowest setting of 70 degrees. I believe if you’re paying that much to rent a unit you should be able to keep it at whatever temperature you want. This wasn’t a big problem as it was somewhat compensated by good ceiling fans and floor fans but with the really high humidity and heat outside sleeping wasn’t as comfortable as we would have liked.
If you’re expecting a good “hospitality” experience you will maybe be disappointed. The listing said toiletries provided and they weren’t. Also neither paper towels or Kleenex were provided. No salt and pepper. Kitchen was however well stocked with all the things you’d need to prepare and serve food.
Living room furniture was comfortable and all other furnishings were fine. It’s a fine place to stay if you know all the details going in, have those expectations and are prepared.
