Location, helpful staff, washer and dryer

Appliances were old and needed attention, one lamp had exposed wiring. Wifi didn't work because plug went through wall. Mentioned to management on day 1but hadn't even been looked at by check out 4 days later. No shelves in fridge door. TV in one room almost hanging off wall and remote missing. Unit was ok, but needs some TLC. Advertised as a serviced apartment but only serviced once a week, one towel per adult for a 4 day stay is a bit poor

Dirty, the blankets were so dirty we couldn’t use them, Took luggage to car an hour before checkout key no longer work & I was locked out of property

it’s was filfy!! not even vacuumed, cutlery was gross, cupboard and walls yuck, and the trundle bed was wow the mattress protector had even been washed and worse so bad!! I’ll never stay here again. I clean all the benches and washed the cutlery and plates before I felt ok to stay. I almost changed motels and paid double accommodation.

Great location and the staff were really helpful - advice on places to eat, where to find groceries and just generally nice - Lorraine in particular. Close to the CBD.

Washing machine and dryer were a bit tricky.

Location, was quiet because it was not in the center of town. It was on a direct tram into the city. Walking distance to the zoo and quiet walking paths.

Internet was almost non existent - and we were trying to book flights and get train info only, not watch videos. Kitchen was dated, but a full oven enabled us to cook a pizza.
