Amazing staying. The staff was extremely kind and available, and the room was simply perfect. Pristine conditions and really comfortable. The building per se was also really nice.

There is really nothing worth mentioning here. All it was perfect. Perhaps just a bit pricey but we also booked at the very last minute and we paid for what we had. A really good service.

This establishment, being published as 'B&B' is the best B&B we stayed in for a very long time. Considering, we were looking for a brief overnight stay during a much longer road trip, we looked for a place outside the city centre with the parking facilities and some luxury. The Hamptons exceeded our expectation on every level. From the street the building appears discreet and it is not obvious that it is a hotel/B&B. But once you enter, the owner has really created a fabulous establishment where every detail has been thought through, whether in the shared public areas or in the room it self. The furnishings and decor are all to a very high standard and the quality is evident everywhere. The room we booked was a great size. The bathroom was a seriously large size, almost like another small room. And the functionality of all facilities in the room were exceptional. The trust of 'honesty bar' to help yourself to drinks and submit a ticket, has been a great sign of good faith that we really appreciated and commend to the owner for. Karl who looked after us during our stay has been an excellent communicator prior and during our stay. His directions to the parking garage are the best we have ever seen and his positive and friendly manner throughout has been fabulous. We did take up the breakfast offer that was simply a theatre of a lovely breakfast for two, again a great care taken into the great quality food presented in a very thoughtful manner in a very nice and relaxing environment. We would return and we would recommend this establishment. Whilst The Hamptons publishes the details as 'boutique B&B' we felt that this establishment was superior to many 4* hotels we stayed in the past.

Excellent staying! The room was big enough and the bed was super cozy. We decided to include the breakfast when we arrived and it was a good decision, they served a variety of fresh cheeses, ham, breads, jams, butter, and fruit salad, coffee and juice. Also the location is really good considering Ghent’s Centraal station.

Everything was good!

Gorgeous boutique hotel with a personal, family- run feel. Lots of personal touches like the chocolate gift, coffee machine and sumptuous toiletries. A high-end town house in a fabulous city.

Host was exceptionally friendly, and knowledgeable of the area and public transporation. The room was lovely, clean, and had a great shower. Breakfast was divine!

The bar is amazing. After a hard day of lectures, perfect little private place to unwind and just a few stairs to bed?! Couldn’t be more perfect! Loved it! Karl is an amazing host, he is lovely, super atentive and super helpful

It would be perfect if breakfast was included as it is a bit expensive Mosquitos were annoying...😣 they came to the bar and bit us

the room was even prettier than on the pictures. super clean and beautifully decorated. Bed was big and super comfy. Stuff was more than excellent. Very friendly, very nice to chat with.

Everything ! The room was stunning and the bed was super comfortable. We really appreciated the very clear parking and arrival directions. We find driving in busy towns when we don’t know all the rules stressful and the directions really helped. Breakfast was also amazing.

Very clean and modern facilities. The staff was really friendly. Around 10-15 minutes of pleasant walk and you reach the city centre.
