How nice the staff from the reception was, very easy check.in, place me in a very nice room, I am very thankful to them.

At Breakfast I had a very unpleasant situation with the lady responsible for the breakfast staff, in the kitchen. I called at 7h Am to the front office asking if it was possible to take away some breakfast, fruit and bread only. The gentleman transfer the call to the breakfast area, kitchen and I talked to a very nice man that sais yes and got me everything prepared to leave at 9h. It all went well, I got to the breakfast area at 9h he was fining getting my boxes ready, with a lot of love and care. All the staff in the breakfast was nice to me, talking to me, we were all happy. All of the sudden, when I was about to leave with the 2 boxes, a lady, that I do not recall the name, came storming form the back of the kitchen area saying "you cannot take the breakfast with you"... It was a very unpleasant situation, and the focus here is not about the sanitary rule, it was her communication skill. She is not trained to deal with a situation like this, she easily very rude and need more training. If she treats a customer like me, that was talking to her nicely and politely, I imagined what she would do if I have argue her decision... Also, Filipe, the person who transfer the call in the morning, from front office, is the only one I do not like, because he also needs communication training, they are lacking soft skills... I truly recommend for management to review this situation and act accordingly.,

The breakfast is very good.

Staff were extremely nice and friendly, they offered to look after me when I was crossing the street at 5am to go to the bus station. Nice location in front of the bus station. Clean and tidy room. Good breakfast.

The room was definitely much smaller than what the pictures suggest. Particularly for this price I had expected more comfort.
