• Fantastic location and very comfortable apt. • The staff were very attentive, provided us with a cot and attended to any issues quickly and satisfactorily. • We particularly appreciated the 40 mins wash and dry cycle on the washing machine 🤪 It’s a really thoughtful thing to have in a holiday apartment! • They’ve just renovated the bathroom and it looks great.

• The second twin bed crammed in the spare room doesn’t allow the door to shut; a bunk may be suitable for kids? • The decor is a little old, but tbh everything is functional, so we were totally fine. • Not a fan of the bedding where the duvet is just placed between 2 loose sheets - a duvet cover would’ve been so much more comfortable. Apparently the quality of the sheets is one of the top positive review factors in short term rentals 😉

The location of the apartment was great with many neighborhood restaurants and grocery stores especially close to the subway. It was also close to many iconic landmarks within 15-20 mins walks. The apartment is clean and equipped with washer and dryer which are very convenient.

The beds in the Master bedroom are not comfortable and actually two beds pulled together with a split in middle. The kitchen is really small with only 2 stoves and not meant for cooking much of anything. Although the apartment is on the 2nd floor with indirect sunlight, its brick sidewall creates a dark prison-like feeling with the dark wood floor. It's ok for sleeping at night time and don't spend a lot time in the apartment during daytime.

Albert was super friendly, helpful and knowledge able. Was Available anytime we needed him, always with a smile, and happy to help. The rooms were clean, and the balcony is a great addition!

I am not sure if it is a city problem or not, but there was sewer smell at the lobby for all of our trip, didnt affect the rooms.

The appartment is really nice, comfortable and well quiped. We did not miss anything. The location is also great with walking distance to the major sightseeings. The host was great, friendly and nice. We do appreciate his perfect approach and communication.

The location was great for anyone who wants to visit Barcelona, the metro was close and some of the places to visit were at walking distance. The host kind and helpful. The apartment was also clean and the beds were comfortable.

We booked the apartment for five people and there was not enough warm water for all. Also the drainage from the tap was blocked in the bathroom. and no cleaning was done during our stay. These are details but created some inconvenience during our stay.

Nice clean space, with 2 bedrooms nice bathro and full of facilities. comfortable for a long and short term.

Second bedroom furnished with single bed no reading lights bed very uncomfortable. Floor damage from water apparent shoud be fixed. Washing machine door jammed when washing clothes. Shower minimal.
