The host was friendly when we met him at breakfast. There was a good choice of hot and cold breakfast options. The food was well cooked. Towels were clean and fluffy. There was a kettle with tea/coffee/milk / biscuits etc. In the room.
We had to let ourselves in using a keysafe in the entrance hall although we had advised the host of our arrival time. The instructions that he kindly sent in a message prior to our arrival missed a crucial piece of information and we had to phone his mobile number for help. Part of the room's door handle had come apart and fell off. The pillowcases were very creased.
