View from the balcony directly to the sea. The reserved apartment was perfect, equipped with absolutely everything needed, even things we would not have thought of for the holiday. Located in a quiet area, close to both the beach and the center, with a small slope to climb but normal in Makarska. A big plus for the kindness of the whole family of the owner. Thank you, Ferdo!

A beautiful property, in perfect location. This was without doubt the nicest property that we stayed in whilst travelling around Croatia. The rooms were lovely and modern. Ferdo went above and beyond to make sure our stay is special. We will come next year for sure. Thank you for all .

It is a perfect holiday accommodation equipped better than you expext. It is brand new and cosy. There is a lot of space outside in the garden and at the car park in comparison to neighbourhood areas. The host is friendly and hospitable. I strongly reccommend this place.

We have spent here nearly three weeks. This is modern and fully equipped apartament. Lierally you have everything in the kitchen, toilet, closet what you need for daily life. Ideal for families and work&travel setup. Outside there is a small garden with grill area and large tables covered by pines so you have comfy shadow nearly all day. Building has good location, but a little bit uphill so you need to be prepared for 2-3 minutes climb from main beach. Big parking area closed for a night. I fully recommend this apartment and Big Thanks to the owners for your great hospitality and help :-)

We had a most pleasant vacation in Makarska and a fabulous stay at the 17 pines. Especially we appreciated the warm greeting from the hosts and all the small details (kitchen tools, ammenities, decorations and a lovely front yard) that elevated our stay from great to perfect. 17 Pines was one of the nicest stays we've had in Croatia so naturally, we absolutely reccommend booking!

Excellent place with all necessary stuff, very cozy and comfortable. Landlords are amazing people, hospitable and careful, I was there second time , and definitely will return in the future.

Ferdo was so helpful in collecting us from the ferry and taking us food shopping. The place is immaculate and is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. Loved Makarska.
