I can’t tell you how lovely and warm the staff were. The staff made our stay even better than we could have imagined. Nothing was too much trouble for them & they always had a big smile and welcoming aura. The property was lovely & they have bikes to rent at the property for very reasonable price. You can get to anywhere on the island within 10 mins on the bike so it’s ideal. The laundry service provided was 10/10.

My partner & I were very close to cancelling our boat trip to Koh Samui in order to stay even longer & we wish we did!! No complaints about this place at all.

We were here for 2 nights, got 2 rooms with big double bed. All was clean and cozy, for the money it was above standart and i Can highly reccomend. Quiet nights. Very kind and helpful receptionist and staff.

Everything was amazing, super sweet and helpful stuff, quiet location, spacious and nice room with cleaning every day, a/c was working very well, lovely balcony perfect for chilling, also the fridge was really practical. We spent here almost 2 weeks and I definitely can say that I would go back again :)

Spacey room - almost like an american chain motel. Nice balconey. Friendly stuff. Everything clean and tidy.

A little out of the way - a scooter is mandatory. A light above the mirror in the bathroom would help

Nice big room with good facilities. Fairly close to beaches in the south. There's an amazing restaurant over the road and 7-11 is ten minutes away. Staff were really nice. Picked us up from the port and dropped us off.

The wifi did not work regularly. Therefor we found it almost impossible to spend time in our room and had to go to local cafes and bars to use wifi which frustrating.

it is such a big hotel and is a little bit noisy. the room was smelling of mould.

Very friendly and attentive service. They offer a shuttle service from and to the pier. It's quiet and close to several restaurants and shops. 25 min walk to the city center and to sairee beach. The chalok baan kao bay you also reach in 15min walk. All in all for us it was a comfy stay.

we loved it all :) rooms are beautiful, comfortable and they were cleaned everyday. we stayed for 7 nights and would happily stay more. our lovely receptionist made our stay here better than we expected. she would always welcome us with her beautiful smile and the best recommendations to enjoy the island. we rent our bike with them, booked a snorkeling trip and laundry service too. location was great for us, it’s not in the center - like sairee beach - but it’s halfway for everything and it’s a good place to relax and chill. they also offer a free taxi service from the pier to the hotel and the other way around too!! we totally recommend and would be back :)

wi-fi is not the best and the only improvement we would suggest would be to have netflix available on the tv.

The property was very clean, house keeping is everyday and the owner/manager was always extremely helpful. You can rent motorbikes for a cheap price and the property is also cooperating with a laundry service that‘s very cheap and super fast.

Very nice and simple room. The staff very friendly. They have a free transportation from the pier to the resort. The water always refill, also tea and coffee. The staff come to clean and change the towels everyday. I feel very comfortable and enjoyed to stay here.
