Great location, lots of extras and essential items included
It is on the 3rd floor of a 3 level walk up. No lift. I didn’t see this advertised anywhere. Husband had a knee replacement a couple of years ago and did struggle a bit.

Location is perfect. Great little apartment that had everything you need. Walking distance to great little restaurants, the strand is at the door and a quick trip to the ferry over to magnetic Island. It was the perfect little weekend

The location was excellent. It was right on The Strand, close enough to the cafes yet peaceful at night.
Our host was excellent. He made us feel welcome and provided helpful information about the property as well as local knowledge about Townsville.

Location.
49 steps to reach the front door, Although mention is made of being met at the property this does not take place. We (my age is 73 ) with 4 pieces of luggage around 30 kilos each suffered as a result. This property is NOT SUITABLE for the elderly with plenty of luggage.
Price is high when compared with what is available locally. BUYER BEWARE.

The apartment was indeed a home away from home. Very comfortable with all the facilities needed. Location on the Strand with lovely view.

The weather was much nice than where we come from. We should have made it a bit longer. We had a too gooda time.

Restaurants were in walking distance. The waterpark the kids loved we walked there daily. Apartment was perfect for our family.

Fantastic location close to the Strand and eating venues. We traveled with our small dog, the property was perfect for my partner and I plus our pet. Host extremely helpful with arrival and departure. Unit felt like a home away from home. Our stay was easy and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Location was great. You can tell Steve and Arne went out of their way to ensure guests have a comfortable stay. It was amazing to find a pet friendly option. We had a great stay.
I expected a Queen bed and the bed was a little squeaky. Also the price was a little high for an older property.

Location across from the Strand was ideal, close to everything and the views were fantastic
No lift-on the 4th floor-hard with the cases.

The view was great and the apartment was light and airy
We were in unit 23 which was on the third floor with no elevator and 41 steps which was not explained clearly. Not good for carrying luggage!
A lot of noise late at night and early morning from people yelling and swearing at the back of the apartments

The little extras in the fridge and bathroom were wonderful

Excellent accommodation for our weekend get away. Management were professional and the accommodation actually felt like home away from home. We also liked the boutique interior layout, furnishings and all the extras both Steve and Arne put into the room to give the accommodation a welcome environment for our family.
Car park space was rather tight and was just perfect to fit our Prado Landcrusier. We also have a VX V8 Landcruiser Turbo which we did not drive down to Townsville and we thought if we did drive the V8 down we may have had some difficulty to park. But I am sure Steve and Arne would have a solution for parking if we had driven down in our other bigger vehicle.
