Staff very friendly and helpful, catering was very nice and varied, pool areas were clean. Likes the close proximity to the beach. Also liked being able to get a coffee at the bars and tables in line area to sit and chat or play games. Hotel facilities were excellent .

Firstly I thought Jose on reception was very professional and such a pleasant and helpful young man everything was lovely we had a really nice break and will be back

Thought the entertainment was disappointing maybe Abit of music in bar would be nice

This hotel is amazing... The food was really good with different options everyday. The bedroom was very confortable with every amenities you can think of (shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion -amazing smell that reminded me of Rituals products, comb, hairdryer, beauty kit, etc). Clean pool areas with beautiful views to the ocean. Very polite staff, I always got a hello, good morning or good evening every time I bumped into somebody. Interesting activities to do all day. The location is also very good, just a few steps from the beach.

There are not a lot of negative things to say, to be honest. Maybe the water pressure from the shower was not strong enough for me but that's my personal taste. And the spa is not free, there is a 10€ entry to use the pool, sauna, etc.

The only negative is the surrounding areas were full of shutdown hotels and shops /bars

Great calm location. Beautiful beach. Heated pool. Just amazing reception staff. We were upgraded to the pool facing suites on the ground floor, i would say probably the best room option you can get at this hotel, literally jump straight out of your bed into the warm pool 😃

Very basic, unventilated and rather poor gym. There was no beef options on the standard buffet dinner menu, im sure though beef is on their paid al la carte menu at the route66 restaurant.

Great location close to the beach. Also 300m away from Spar and Hiperdino and plenty of local cafes and bars. Really nice park nearby. Breakfast included, you have options for halfboard (+ dinner) and all inclusive (+ lunch). Good selection of food each time. Hotel has several pools, gym, spa, bar, restaurant etc. Had a room with a balcony and a seaview - this was great (but paid extra). Room comes with a safe box, fridge, TV (good selection of channels) - all good but nothing exceptional. Car parking is all around the hotel, its get full at times but didn't have any problem finding that one empty spot.

A coffee machine in the rooms would be welcome. I asked for a late checkout but it was not possible in my case. Both check-in and check-out involved waiting in a queue of people.

The breakfast and dinner was really delicious and had a huge range of food. They allowed ample time to partake; if you weren't an early riser you could still get breakfast until 1030 and dinner until 2030. All of the staff was amazing, especially Stephanzia (I think that's how you say her name). She was extremely helpful when we were checking in and helping us to upgrade our room. The location was perfect; right on the water. The resort is within walking distance of stores and other restaurants. When it was time to leave, I didn't want to go back!

For those who pay for all inclusive there should be more bars or access to drinks or even beverages. It sometimes took 20 minutes just to be served a drink.

Horrendous noise in corridors from wind and other guests, hotel doesn't seem to have any soundproofing. I've never been to a four star hotel with a spa where you have to pay (10€) to use the basic facilities (jacuzzi, sauna, pool etc.) Most guests are all inclusive and there are huge queues at the bars etc. to get a drink. OK if you're all inclusive but if you're half board and you're paying for each drink queueing up like this isn't on. We got a suite with a sea view at quite a cheap price and it was obvious we were stuck in a corner with a restricted view. About 50 TV channels, probably 20 Spanish channels, 20 German channels, only two English channels, Sky news and BBC news. The hotel thinks the English only like watching news.

The staff was really nice and attentive. Facilities were very clean. The dinner buffet was really good with lots of variety. The hotel is on the beach with good access conditions. Good housekeeping and toiletries. Very quiet location perfect for relaxing.

You have to pay separately to access the spa even if you have the all inclusive. Some hidden fees for certain services (drinks, a la carte restaurant, access to the hotel facilities after check out time even if your flight is later in the day). Bed might be to hard for some.

The hotel is very well located above a very pleasant beach and next to the small town of Costa Calma. The staff is very friendly. The room is large and well equipped. The bedding is very comfortable (excellent mattress and mattress topper).

The standard rooms have not been renovated and are very poorly insulated from the wind, the noise of which is constantly heard. The food at all three meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) is quite varied but, really, very low-end.

Fantastic hotel, spotless, great facilities, right on the beach with great views out to sea. Food is also top quality and all drinks included in the all inclusive package which is not the case at some hotels on the island. The variety of the food and drinks on offer allied with the great facilities, friendly and helpful staff made it a wonderful stay for us.

Only slight issue was entertainment is geared towards the majority of customers which are Italian, this is completely understandable though and we still enjoyed the shows.

Lovely hotel, great variety of food, rooms excellent. Friendly helpful staff. Pools are very clean and well maintained. All inclusive included premium labels and cocktails. Beach is beautiful and very close to the hotel with private access. We had an early return flight and had to meet our coach for 6:30 am, but they were still able to provide a limited breakfast for us even though it was outside meal times.

The wind, there is a constant breeze all day everyday, if you go to the beach the sand is constantly whipped at you, go in the sea or in the pools and at times the wind kicks up water in your face. Usual sunbed fiasco that seems to come up on everyone's gripes at all hotels, people reserve sunbeds in the morning, and don't come back for the whole day it seems at times, and because of the wind, there are some key beds that get a little bit shielded, so it's frustrating to see them left unused effectively. The animation team were fairly quiet, they seemed to gravitate around the same groups of people. They have a website and touchscreens in the hotel that tell you when things are happening, but there is no information on where the events are happening or in some cases what they even mean (Fruit Experience?) The check in process was quite painful, I think an upgrade of their computer systems is required. We waited around 30 mins to be seen at the reception and we then spent 10 mins going over our booking in process, but as our rooms weren't ready we left our passports with them (they can them in against your room booking) and went to explore. When we came back, one of the passports had not been scanned in correctly, and they had to do it again, some how they then managed to wipe all the passports and spent another 10 mins scanning them in again. When I asked where our room was they showed me a map made on Excel... Not really a massive issue, but could have been so much smoother.

Location, food, premium drinks for all inclusive. All perfect. Extra points for super friendly and professional, hard working staff 👏 We loved Mike's coffee a lot! There are beautiful views from the hotel and a sandy beach just five steps away. We're definitely coming back soon!
