Lovely hotel, location away from busy area was perfect, lovely local feel and friendly and safe area

Quietness, comfy bed, good shower, bottles of water provided, decor and friendly staff

Room was clean but didn’t get fully made up every day-e.g bed not always made, cushions left on the floor and towels were very tatty on the edges with loose threads.

Proximity to beach is great, breakfast was lovely, design is modern and comfortable, staff was very attentive, helpful, and friendly.

They don't offer beach towels.

Nice modern hotel in central location

Good location between the marina side and the main centre by the beach. Clean, modern room with great shower. Liked having an end room with balcony. Friendly lady on reception.

Location on the road, vary basic concrete building, located on "beach avenue" but no view to the beach, low quality breakfast.

bedroom space was just a bit too small and had to live out if our luggage some drawer space would have been helpful

Very good

Well placed in town near the coast. Hotel was nicely decorated and the room was quiet. The service by the staff was great and welcoming.

We stayed in winter and found the heating to be lacking despite having it on at full force in the small room. It was cold but not unbearable.

clean and convenient to the beach

a bit of a walk to central area and ferry, staff was a mixed bag with one very helpful person and one very unhelpful person. very small room, no refrigerator, glasses and the safe was broken

Pleasant. Lovely spot to visit.

Breakfast was very good. Location was ok. 1 mile walk to the town center. Nice boardwalk though.

Rooms were nice but very small. Parking a challenge.

Would love to return one day sums it up. Best compliment of all.

For us it is so often about the people and the team here were lovely, the welcome was great. The Hotel had a lovely feel to it, well laid out with lots of natural light. It is in a great location, just a few steps from the harbour. Simple room with everything you need and comfortable.

We liked it all.

Arcachon is a great area to walk around. Good walking access to beaches and port.

truly amazing hotel

The style of the room and the entire hotel…great breakfast selection (and tasty), and the French gentleness of Bruno (and the rest of staff) make our stay absolutely “magnifique”…

okay for 3 nights (just) but sorry wouldn’t return.

this hotel is basic but pleasant enough. the downstairs is probably more boutique than the rooms, looks better in photos to be honest. good garage to put bicycles good pressure in shower although shower head holes need cleaning as most were blocked up with calc. lovely staff

the breakfast costs 14 euros per person which seems a lot when already paying 140 for a nice but basic room, no drawers to put anything, no bedside tables, quite a way from centre of town

great location right beside the beach. Thr staff were super friendly and helpful.

little bit of a trek to down in the centre of town (approx 15 mins) although we discovered a board walk on the beach which was better to walk on than the path.

Location was great. Private parking would make it much easier but we managed with the help of the staff :)
