L’emplacement est fantastique. Le personnel courtois. Et la receptionniste Nilay a tout fait pour me rendre le séjour des plus agréable. Toujours aux petits soins. Le petit déjeuner est somptueux et diversifié. Les installations sont confortables et à la hauteur d’un hôtel de ce calibre. Je reviendrais vivre l’expérience à cet établissement sans hésitation et je le recommande fortement.

Nice location, lovely room, I booked the delux room with seafront balcony. Room is a good size and a nice table and mirror to get ready in front of. Some free hot drink sachets and iron, safe and kettle in room too which is all good! Breakfast is also varied and although it doesn’t contain the continental a chef is available to make omelettes and so forth which I enjoyed:)

The bathroom is rather small and okay. Nothing special in comparison to the room itself. Staff are rather reserved and cold but helpful when asked. On day of checkout I asked for a recommendation for Paragliding and staff member was very attentive and helpful and booked someone but I wish I hadn’t as the experience was terrible! They were just in it for the money. I wish I hadn’t bothered. A terrible end to a nice stay.

Красивый вид, чистота, убирались каждый день, на завтрак каждый раз было что-то новое, довольно разнообразно и вкусно! Сотрудники помогали по каждому вопросу.

Шум с улицы, лучше купить бируши, но это нормально для этого района

The staff was super responsive and friendly, sending a cleaning team immediately after we provided negative feedback. The common areas were beautiful, and the breakfast was lovely. The location is fantastic!

The bathroom needs a deep cleaning rather than just a quick one. I provided some pictures to show what I meant. The gaps between the tiles on the shower floor are extremely dirty. Moreover, the door frames in the bathroom are scuffed. There is also some dust under the bed, and the bathrobe seems to have a stain on it. There were smudges and streaks on the surface of the mirror. The Wi-Fi sometimes worked correctly but sometimes failed to load an email. The rooms have insufficient lighting, making them appear dark.

Персонал бара и ресепшен свою функцию выполняли на «отлично». Завтрак очень понравился. Советую всем данный отель! :)

Персонал, который убирает номер постоянно что-то забывали ложить то шампунь, то гель для душа, то полотенцу для ног :(

Чистый и уютный номер, соответствует фото и описанию. Потрясающий вид на море с балкона. Удобное расположение отеля. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Вкусные завтраки.

Staff speaks little english. Corridors are not AC-ed and very hot and humid. In Q&A hotel claims access to private beach and daily shuttles. This is not true.

The AC takes time to become cold ❄️ which will make you sweat like a chicken grilled on gas. They allow you to take one card room only and they say that you need to manage with the person you booked the room with! What one decided to sleep and the other went to a party or late dinner how am I supposed to wake up my mom! Once you close the room the AC turns off! Literally a stupid mentality

The hotel was lovely, very clean, breakfast was fantastic, the service was amazing and location was 10/10! Will defo be back to stay again! My mum is very hard to please and she loved it :)

I had lovely stay at this hidden gem. The location is perfect, near city center and close to the many beaches city has to offer. Room was tidy, modern and balcony was nice plus. Breakfast buffet was generous and i highly recommed to try turkish breakfast dishes. The staff working at the hotel buffet was the friendlies and eager to fill all your wishes at breakfast.

The staff at reception (while i was checking in) seemed pretty bored and i had feeling that i was bothering them. When i asked about hotel wifi and breakfast time i got eye roll as answer. But i have to say that checking out was totally different experience, staff was lovely and checking out was easy and they helped me with my luggage. During weekend nights there is a lot of partying and music in the streets so the music and bass sound may be heard to one’s room, but that is something that hotel staff cant do anything about. All in all more positive than negative experience!
