The Hotel was nice and clean . Swimming pool area was good the night shows were really good. There is a doctor available 24 hours a day. Staff always willing to help.

It is located in a great place next to the sea. The room was clean, and the view from the balcony was nice. Overall, it was ok for a 4-star hotel but pricewise expensive

Territory of the hotel is small. Sometimes, there is no available table for lunch or dinner. You have to wait for someone to leave first. The fitness room was also equipped with old training machines, and most of them didn't function well. Furthermore, food was mostly repetitive and not as good as I wanted it to be.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at a hotel and wanted to share my thoughts on the experience. Overall, it was a mixed bag with both positive and negative aspects. Upon arrival, the female receptionist was friendly and welcoming, which instantly made us feel at ease. The check-in process was quick, and she was accommodating to our needs. The housekeeping staff did a thorough job and promptly changed our towels as per our request. They were sweet and approachable. Similarly, the kitchen staff was helpful and displayed a pleasant attitude during our interactions. However, the real disappointment came from the staff on the floor. It seemed that they had a biased approach towards guests based on their gender. If you were a woman, you received preferential treatment, while others were often ignored. This created an uncomfortable atmosphere and left a negative impression. The staff exhibited a poor attitude, which was disheartening to experience. While the hotel had amenities such as a Turkish bath and massage services, I felt that the pricing structure was unfair. A hotel of this size should have standardized prices instead of trying to exploit guests for more money. Negotiating prices shouldn't be necessary, and it detracts from the overall guest experience. It was disappointing to witness the staff's focus solely on female guests, neglecting others in the process. In conclusion, my stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The friendly and accommodating receptionist, diligent housekeeping, and helpful kitchen staff contributed to a positive experience. However, the biased attitude and poor behavior of the floor staff created a significant source of stress and disappointment. I hope that the hotel management takes note of these concerns and works towards improving the overall guest experience for all visitors.

Location, can walk to center of Alanya, friendly & helpful staff, value for money, some music & entertainment in the evening, underground pass to the beach, beds & soft drinks included on the beach. also I had a room with a beautiful view 🫶🌊The food was OK.

The choice of food could be better. I know, some people like dill but it was very often on the salads. You shouldn’t use it very often. The beach could be cleaner.
