The entertainment was really good. The Animations team were great. Food was excellent every day! Spa was good! Brilliant view of the sea from the room. All inclusive drinks were okay.

The bathroom had a leak at the end of the week and told reception but didn't seem to get sorted, hopefully it did for the next occupants. The shared toilets around the hotel had stupidly short timers which made an awkward experience. Not much around hotel but was so good you didn't need it.

Everything was fine. Very nice personal. And best panoramic view from balcony 😍😍😍 (suite, 6th floor)

- Staff doesn't speak English very good - Internet is only free in lobby, elswere you need to pay extra fee - Very little or not at all turkish food even not Ayran - In total hotel appearance is more fancy and chic than staff, food and drinks itself

My mum and I really needed a break following the pandemic and Michell Hotel did not disappoint! The rooms are clean and we had a beautiful view of the sea and the castle. The reception staff solved our WiFi issues and helped us with transport to and from the airport. The staff are the nicest I have ever met on holiday! Dr. Shisha (Yucel) is the sweetest person and we will definitely be going back to the hotel because of him. He and Ibrahim in the gift shop had great local and historical knowledge, helped us to enjoy Shisha for the first time and had life saving sunblock. The hospitality and facilities staff Mehmet Kilic, Ibrahim, Ismail, Soner and Gökhan ölürdönmez (Turkish Ronaldo) are very accommodating. Super friendly I had to take their names to ensure I mentioned them. The all-inclusive food was AMAZING. A wonderful selection of traditional and continental delights. The drinks flowee and after 1 day the hospitality staff remembered our favourites. The pool area and entertainment was also great. Clean and enough room for everyone. There was no need to wake up at 7am just to reserve a spot! Our stay at the Michell was definitely in our top 10 holidays!

Fantastic hotel, delicious food,friendly staff,clean room,amazing spa experience. Very close to Alanya centre,close to hotel beach.I m absolutely happy after my holidays there.I highly recommend Michell Hotel &Spa.
