The grounds are lovely - green, well-kept, with a clean beach right on the sea. The location is convenient: close to the city centre (Alanya), with a bus stop nearby or easy taxi access. Meal times are flexible, so you're never stuck without a snack option, which is a nice touch. Rooms are comfortable; we had a sea view, which was a lovely bonus.

The hotel is showing its age in places - some things are overdue for an update, the shower cabins in the rooms being one example. The food selection was average, but what stood out more was the amount of oil used in hot dishes - even meal described as braised were heavily cooked in oil. Expectations were a little higher on this front.

We really loved this hotel for its location, pools, beach, and eco-friendly policies. The staff were very helpful, especially the housekeeping team. The selection of drinks was varied and sufficient. We particularly appreciated the rewards offered for opting for less frequent room cleaning; we participated in the program and really benefited from it, thanks to Ms. Beyza for that. If we return from abroad, this will be our first choice.

The taste of the food didn't suit our palates, but it was plentiful and varied.

Nice and welcoming staff. Late evening soup is a great advantage for late arrivals. Excellent and delicious food. The place is very quite and secure. Very receptive when you have a problem or miss anything. Water is absolutely clean, we had a very pleasant experience. Murat helped us to get 2 beautiful tours which we enjoyed a lot. Alanya is a very special place and beautiful part of Turkey. We will definitely be back.

The resort has a gorgeous beach and a really nice outdoors area.

First of all, non existent internet connection in the rooms. Turns out there is only 10 mb per second internet speed in the rooms, and even this connection constantly gets lost. Impossible to work or make even the basic video calls. We were promised to fix it, but it was never fixed. Totally ruined our stay there Food - below average. Repetitive. I was getting better food in a metallurgical factory buffet. Extremely limited fruits options Soft drinks - felt like the cheapest ones they found in the entire Turkey. They felt like cheap supermarket drinks from the 90s. Coffee is also cheap and low quality. The bed in the room was not a queen bed, it was two small beds put together with one mattress, had quite a big gap in the middle.
