Very nice room with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was small but did the job, ad the water pressure in the shower was good despite being on the top floor. The sound insulation was excellent, there was a wedding party in the hotel on Saturday and I didn't hear a thing. The most impressive part of the stay as breakfast - they provided a form to fill in with an order and desired time for breakfast, and it was ready and waiting the net day. A very nice, personal touch that also meant everything was freshly cooked. All of the staff were very pleasant. The hotel is also very near the railway station which was very convenient. I will definitely stay again the net time I am in Elgin.
This didn't affect me, but the room was up a number of stairs, which could be an issue for people with reduced mobility.

Nice decor
A bit noisy through the night, seemed water pumping though the piping. Rooms next door and above could hear talking and movements

Centrally located, free parking.
Breakfast food and coffee was not good.
