the staff is kind

The staff were kind, but they denied our booking made through Booking.com. I showed them my booking confirmation, yet they said it was not in their records. They claimed the booking was for another branch of Canary Hanoi Hotel, but when I searched, there was no other branch with that name. The photos on my booking matched their hotel perfectly, but they still refused to honor the reservation. Instead, they offered us vacant rooms at a higher cost or told us to find another hotel. We were already exhausted from traveling, so we had no real choice but to take their rooms just to get some rest. This experience felt like a total scam.

Found a room here at short notice after our previous booking cancelled on us at the last minute. It was convenient and reasonably priced

No real complaints

Near the dentist I go.

The breakfast no Standard and no drink, drink need to pay.
