Large free public car park less than 100m away (after the roundabout and coffee shop heading in the petrol station direction), short walk to the local supermarket, port, sea front and town centre. Was able to access the property via a door code and gain entry to the room via a key left by the house keepers - no need to meet anyone, everything in the room ready. Plenty of tea and coffee, cupboard storage space, easy to use wifi, view over the main road and car park visible to the left (keeping an eye on the car). Toiletries, desk and TV in the room, daily room cleaning, quiet and no interruptions.
Had to assume the large car park was free as there was no reception to meet or ask on arrival, loft room has limited headroom at the sides and in the shower, three flights of stairs to climb to the loft. Bed wasn't at the wall so felt possible to roll out. No clocks or alarms, need to get yourself up for the early morning boat.

In the cods engrained mold around the sower. Unstaffed. Tv remote is just about unusable.

Good proximity to ferry, no 2night requirement
Not as depicted on booking.com site - no bar/cafe on site. Bed not comfortable, could mot access building upon arrival, another guest finally opened the door.
