This hotel was run down and food was not good no elevate , people that works at the hotel were unfriendly. the amount money we paid at 730.00 a night was this hotel was not worth that.

The food they did offer was good, some of the staff was really nice, the Sunday funday boat tour was amazing and staff was fantastic.

The shower was broke, the shower was the smallest shower I have ever used(even smaller than camping shower), paint in the room/pool was chipped, the beach was gross, the restaurant was closed but they didn't tell us when booking, not enough food options, "live night" entertainment stopped at 9 and hotel bar closed at 10. Not all but A LOT of the staff was completely rude. Oh and because we booked through a third company we didn't get the free sunset cruise or other things listed when we booked. The bottle of wine for your room each night is not true either.

The food was excellent. The water sports staff were great. You can use snorkel gear, kayaks, and SUPs for free. They will take you out on the small catamaran if you ask.

Super expensive for dated rooms and horrendous restaurant service. Only one restaurant and you need to make a breakfast reservation. You will wait at least a half hour for breakfast, which is the worst when you want to go to the beach! The pool is at the bar and smaller than the pictures make it seem. Virtually impossible to swim laps with people always ordering a drink then floating around with it. This routine starts early in the morning....
