Parione House apartment in the center of Rome
Adorable and recently renovated apartment, located at the top floor of a condominium in the very hart of the historical centre of Rome. The apartment has two bedrooms with double bed, a nice dining room with a charming chimney, a small kitchen fully equipped and two bathrooms.

You will be living in the historical centre of the city: small walking distance from the beautiful Piazza Navona, the ancient Pantheon, the traditional Campo de Fiori market, the imposing Castel Sant’Angelo and most important St. Peter’s Basilica. It will take you just 15 minutes walk to reach Spanish steps and the best shopping area of Rome, 20 minutes walk instead to reach the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.

The neighbourhood is very lively both during the day and at night time and offers a wide choice of nice restaurants, cafes and gelato places where you can sit, relax and enjoy authentic Italian food.

Perfect location. Big bedrooms. Elevator. A/C worked great. Friendly hosts. When we first arrived, it smelled like cigarette smoke but by the next day, it was fine. The apartment could probably use a new paint job. But everything worked. Comfortable beds. Nice living area. And in the middle of everything. Small washer worked well.

The elevator was in working condition which was great as it was on the top floor. The Space is a little worn down but excellent and clean. We were 2 couples and stayed for 5 days but only had 2 rolls of TP per bathroom, no paper towels or mop on premises. however the washer was a great to have and the apartment was close to everything. Lara is an excellent host and very communicative. we were greeted and got an explanation about everything. Hope to go back soon.

The location is very convenient. The apartment had a strong mildew smell mostly from the washer in the bathroom. Lamps had broken ken plugs or burned our bulbs. There street noise until at least 1:00 am every night.
