Freundliches Personal.
Kleines Zimmer. Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Tauschprozedere für die Saunatücher ist schon mehr als umständlich.

Frühstück, Abendbufett, alles top, regional und vielfältig. Ansprechendes Ambiente, schnelle und freundliche Bedienung, wir waren rundum zufrieden. Der schöne Innenpool ist neu, den kannten wir noch nicht und er macht das Landhotel noch attraktiver. Wir lieben aber auch den beheizten Außenpool, die Saunen und den Ruheraum mit Kamin sehr. Der Streichelzoo am Hotel ist auch zu empfehlen, da haben nicht nur Kinder ihre Freude dran.

The Badehaus is beautiful. The room had everything we needed and even a little treat for our Yorkshire Terrier.
More pillows would be great.

It was very clean with very good decor, the room was extremely comfortable and high specification. The breakfast was unbelievable, best I’ve experienced in a while, there was definitely something for everyone’s taste. And the place was spotless.
I couldn’t think of anything, I’m sure no one could.

The big room was very accommodating for the whole family and the proximity to the pool, the Italian restaurant and the small petting zoo made everything easy.

Breakfast, staff, services, wellness area. Would love to stay there again. They also provided a free pick-up and drop shuttle from Vetschau train station.
Cold water in indoor and outdoor pool, even when it was mentioned warm water on website. Two single mattress on a double bed. Also, I opted for a 50 Euros wellness (massage) package for 50 minutes but it was done in less than 40 minutes with breaks, I wouldn't recommend it.

Our room faces the street so it’s a bit noisy.

Wellness was wonderful and the swimming area. Room was lovely and clean
Staff was not very friendly. We tried for 2 days for a reservation at the Italian restaurant with no luck. Dinner staff were also not very friendly.
