Location in Homburg.
Smoking place in front of balcony. Fresh cigarette smoke at 01:00 in the morning. Plus conversation. Can not recommend, unfortunately.

Staff was nice, nothing else., Also it's quite near from city center, it's a old property, I'm giving points only good nature of staff.
Honestly I'm very disappointed with my stay many reasons as below.
1) Room was very tiny only 10' x 6' including bathroom for EUR 108/night, (2) no air conditioner in temperature of 26 degrees & above, (3) no cleaning in 3 days (4) Light was only at door. (5) mattress was very uncomfortable & I couldn't sleep at all on 3rd night (6) Breakfast was Euro 10 but very limited basic food & coffee.
Maybe other rooms are better but if you have choice for tiny room, my suggestion is to find another one.

breakfast dishes not replenished. Luke warm water in a thermos not good enough to make tea.

The hotel was in a great location for the Kurpark and the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location is superb, directly in the Kurpark near the center of the town. People in the hotel are very friendly. The breakfast is tasty. This is a historical villa, so one should not expect an elevator.

I liked everything. The receptionist was really nice and helpful. The location was perfect with a nice park, city center and resturants were all within walking distance.

The owner of the hotel was very kind and friendly and helped me when I needed. The bedroom is small with wooden floor but with a view to the park. Location is one of the top features, close to the main street, with lots of restaurants and shops.
My communication with staff (other than the owner) was not good. On my last day, I asked to leave my bag with them until 3 pm because the check out was at 12 pm and my train was only at 3:30 pm. I stood by the door for 15 minutes until they came to me and I missed my train.

The location is great, nearest to nature and city center too. The house was clean and the host was really friendly
There is no lift and limited options for breakfast. But for my day trip, it was sufficient.

great location, very helpful staff, comfy room. The building is spectacular, with top class furnishings could go up a star. But perfect price for the location
