Size, location, good price,
Sofa was really shabby, kitchen utensils sparce. Customer service not great. Automated responses, when I phoned they wouldn’t help me. I purchased 2 parking permits and only needed one. No refunds!

The location was lovely, right on the shoreline and only a few minutes walk from the town centre

Location is good. I’ve stayed at the same address twice previously and going with three friends had a 2 bedroom room which was definitely the best one. We took quite a few pots and pans just in case and none were needed
The only negative is that we struggled a bit with the induction oven/hob as none of us have used previously. We only had cooked breakfasts but some helpful notes would have been invaluable

Easy car park access
Not view to the bay or sea, only to other buildings
