Infinity pool of 7x14 mt with stunning views on rolling hills.Beatifull roses gardens where bushes and others particular plants, all manicured, offer a fantastic places with tables and seats for enjoy outdoor spaces .4 bedrooms with airconditioning and 3 bathrooms,livingroom,full equipped kitchen, patio, another garden in front of the house with a wine pergola and barbeque.It can accomodatefrom 4 to 8 person, free wifi.It is a perfect location to visit central Italy and relax in tipical italian countryside villa.It is just 50 km from Rome.The villa is near, 40 minuts driving, thermal baths of Viterbo in autumn and winter is a good place to enjoy the hot thermal water.The area is famous for the hight quality of wine so you can have nice wine tasting in the farm nearby.

Had a wonderful stay! Sabrina was kind and very helpful with recommendations. The house has friendly outdoor cats and gorgeous views.

A lovely property in a stunning setting. Very rustic and traditional but with modern conveniences. Beautiful pool in an amazing setting with views over the surrounding countryside.Sabrina was lovely and gave us lots of info as well as sharing her home grown artichokes and eggs with us. She visits every day tending to her crops and maintaining the garden with her lovely dogs who are very friendly. The weather wasn’t kind to us during our stay but the house was very relaxing to stay in and a 3 day trip to Rome to see the sites was a nice distraction.Lovely local pizza restaurants and bread shops make shopping and eating out easy and the local wines from the supermarket are very cheap and excellent quality.We very much enjoyed our stay.

Really lovely rustic property - location is excellent, only an hour drive from the airport yet so peaceful. The pool was absolutely amazing and cleaned daily by the owner so it was loved by all members of the family (even the 5 month old). Would really recommend for family’s looking for a getaway.

We stayed here for 4 nights, Sabrina was waiting for us and she gave us a tour of the house. She prepared for us a fantastic cake and we had the opportunity to taste fabulous fried artichoke for dinner produced directly from her vegetable garden. Sabrina is a very nice host and she was always available during our entire stay
The garden around the property is amazing and kept in a very neat way with a huge variety of flowers; fantastic pool ideal for kids and the house is very well decorated with all the necessary for having a fantastic time. If you like sunset don't miss the one you can admire under a pleasant outdoor patio. We will definitely come back in the future!
