Steven is amazing, so friendly, and gave us great recommendations for restaurants, pubs, and bus locations! The room was very clean and met all my expectations! Parking was also very easy and accessible!

Stephen is a wonderful host and the bus stop is very close. There was good parking for the car.
We had a twin room which was small for 2 with normal luggage but we made it work.

Flexible owner, helped us out when we realized we weren't going to make check-in on time. Clear instructions for getting in and how to find our room. Clean and comfortable room. We didn't stay long enough to use the dining room, though (late night arrival and early morning departure). Great location on the edge of the city. Easy to get in and out.
Parking was fine, honestly, but we were unsure if we were allowed to park where we did. The car was still there in the morning, though, so I guess it was fine.

This was a nice, clean, modern guest house with multiple guests staying in the different rooms of the house. The vibe was very much an AirBnB as opposed to a traditional Irish B&B or small hotel - quiet, very private, no in-person interactions. That could be a pro or a con depending on what you're looking for. We did absolutely love the proximity of the bus lines that went straight to Eyre Square. All in all, a very nice stay.
