Host Stephen was friendly and helpful.

Very handy that the bus stop was so close to the property
Not the nicest of areas and 15 -20 mins bus ride into the city
Bedrooms and bathrooms were very compact
No breakfast - originally chose this property because it was B&B and was then notified no longer did breakfast.

Host informed us that breakfast was not included even though we had paid for 2 breakfasts and was one of the reasons we booked accommodation at this place, sent a message that we would be pointed to places where we could buy breakfasts, not even an offer of a partial refund, having family in Connemara and relatives in Galway I was a little more disappointed. the house is modern clean and comfortable but not worth what we paid without the breakfasts, not good business practice, I myself am an Airbnb host and would never do this, if I had to I would definitely offer a partial refund.
