Great location if you like to be in the centre of town as this apartment is amongst a proliferation of restaurants. It can be quite loud up until 11pm.
Curtains did not block out lighting from the street below as the street lights were on all night.Flush button on main toilet was a bit dodgy. Overall the noise & the light were the only downside.

Great place! Superb location in the city center, very clean, spacious and fully renovated. The owner was super-friendly and helpful.

Fabulous apartment in Nice. Great location close to the promenade and the old town with lots of restaurants close by. The apartment is very comfortable and extremely well-provisioned. The host goes the extra mile to provide everything you could need on your stage in Nice and was very accommodating when we had a delayed arrival.

The location was absolutely fabulous! Walking distance to all that Nice has to offer in and around the City Center. Everything one might need is steps away from the apartment.
The mattresses aren’t the worst, but they’re also not the most comfortable and it’s probably time to replace them. The front bedroom needs blackout curtains.
