Location, comfort
The amenities in the room could be improved. I would have expected better-quality amenities, and I also think hotel slippers should definitely be provided.

The location
The room was big and clean
The area of swimming pool and gym was nice
Breakfast options were ok
The facilities were not working properly: air conditioning in whole hotel broken. They told us they would repair it tomorrow. Then the day after they said they would repair it at the afternoon. When we did check out it was still broken. Imagine at 28
Degrees in Lima it was not possible to sleep well. When we asked for a ventilador at the evening in the first day they said they don’t have any else and we should have asked before. This was not a properly answer to client in my opinion. I hope they repaired it already and they look for solutions for the clients if one book the room with whole facilities… or at least make a discount for the inconveniences

"Hotel centralissimo in Lima. Modello business, con anche centro congressi. Il personale gentilissimo, reception operativa h24. Si trova a pochi passi dal parco Kennedy, è in una posizione comodissima...."
