20 min walk to Mablethorpe, 5 mins to the beach.

The location was brilliant. Close to the main town and beach but still far enough away to be peaceful and quiet
It is very clearly stated in the description so this is not a complaint. Just something i have to mention to fill in this box but it is cold. Hot water bottles and extra blankets are needed. Im very grateful this is mentioned when booking.
The only other thing i can think of is the shower is directly facing the front door which means getting out the shower into that entryway is very cold. Bring slippers and pack accordingly.

It was comfortable but I did not like the shower it needs an upgrade and the cooker takes ages
