Lift out of order so had to climb to third floor

The location is great, right in the middle of town with shops and restaurants around. Grocery store is 1 min walk. Perfect!

The elevator was in the middle of installation, so we walked up 3 flights of stairs every day. Some of the utensils were put away dirty and dishwasher wasn’t emptied out. We had to wash what we needed before use.

You can not be more central in Citta Alta in Bergamo. Lorenzo is super fast in contacting his guests, very informative and easygoing. Apartment is very well equipped, has everything you need. IF YOU COME BY CAR: Dont be as stupid as me 🤔 Go , park your car first, take your stuff to the apartment, not the other way around

We had a very pleasant stay at Colleoni 20. The host Lorenzo was very nice, made sure to make a reservation for parking not to far away, offered to help with information about places to visit and restaurants to eat at. He made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean and nice. The bed was made for our toddler with a teddy bear blanket which was very thoughtful. The apartment is in the middle of Citta Alta and just around the corner, there is a small grocery store.

We were welcomed by Lorenzo. We communicated on WhatsApp, and it went very smoothly. There was much more food for breakfast than we could eat. The apartment was very clean og comfortable. It was situated close to all sights.

It would be practical to have a coat rack in the entrance hall.

Location was excellent Host suggested many restaurants and galleries, the ones we visited were excellent

I really liked the apartment. We arrived late, but Lorenzo, the owner of the apartment, met us very cordially and provided us with a clean, comfortable apartment in the center of the old city. The apartment had everything for a comfortable stay. We recommend this accommodation for all travelers.

Very quiet despite being on the Main Street of the Citta Alta. Comfortable, lots of snacks, milk etc provided. It’s on the third floor but a lift was being installed while we were there which will be a bonus!

Great location in the main street of Bergamo Alta. Very quiet with bedroom overlooking gardens. All facilities available and very clean place.

The location was superb - literally yards away from where I was working (Biblioteca Civica) and close to all the important sights in the Città Alta. Many restaurants and bars close by too and a small supermarket and some shops for foodshopping. I did not have much direct contact with the host - in person meeting to pick up the keys and a couple of Whatsapp messages but all helpful. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable. As others have noted it was really good to have chilled water available. There was indeed a big range of choices for breakfast left but unfortunately not what I wanted to eat so had to supplement! Perhaps an advanced question about this might have saved some potential food waste.

Three things which are not dislikes but may be worth fine tuning. First, this apartment is on the third floor of an historic building with narrow stairs - so not suitable for anyone with mobility or other health issues. Perhaps this needs to be made more obvious. I was staying and working for 10 days so had a heavy suitcase and other bags. Luckily the host carried my case on my arrival but I had to take it down myself at the end which was a bit scary (20kg bag and momentum on narrow stairs!). Second the wifi connectivity was variable - again I was working and listening to podcasts on my phone or computer. This might not be important to everyone. Third the regime for cleaning and changing linen was not clear. Again if people are staying for short visits this might not be a problem

Perfect location, lovely view, very well equipped. Right next to restaurants and bars and an easy few minutes walk from the funicular. The apartment is on the 3rd floor but the stairs were okay to carry a suitcase.

The apartment had beautiful view to the Garden and the location is he best - in old town Citta Alta. Clean and Nice.

Everything was perfect, very nice and clean apartment with everything we needed for vacation. The host was really nice and supportive. There were plenty of snacks for breakfast, including croissants, cookies, yogurt, apples and variety of drinks. The location is perfect to explore the old city and is easy to reach. Absolutely recommended.

Nice, cozy appartement, very well situated on the main street of Città Alta, minutes from both funiculars and the bus for airport, railway station and modern town. Quiet, with a nice view from the bedroom. The owner, Lorenzo, is a nice person, ready to help. The place is clean, with a small kitchenette and a modern bathroom.

The breakfast is italian style and you get everything ( pre-packed stuff, water, juices) at the beggining of your stay. We visited in winter and the place can get a little chilly some times. The building is old and have a central heating sistem so there is not much you can do. Third floor, no elevator, so you have to be in a decent shape.

Lovely apartment in a good location for touring the area, plenty of options for food within 5/10 mins walk Host provided lots of communications and sent helpful tips by message before and during our visit Good shopping options nearby. The apartment is located up a few flights of stairs & there is not a lift - but that was not a problem for us! We used public transport (bus) mainly to and from location

Clean, big, cozy and in citta alta! Great apartament and great location. Lorenzo was one of a kind in greeting us.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, there was Coffee, tea, milk and lots of snacks and food! Plenty of shower wash and shampoo too. Lorenzo was a great host, waited for us to get in from airport, our flight was delayed and it was later than expected. And helped to book taxi when we were leaving. I highly recommend this apartment, it was perfect.
