We returned to our apartment after a long day working in the city to find a flying ant infestation in the bedrooms and the bathroom. It took over an hour to get moved rooms at 9pm and we missed our dinner reservation with clients because of it.
Smelt very damp, was unclean and had an ant infestation.

Das Einchecken per Coda hat super geklappt. Umfassende Erläuterungen zum Aufenhalt vorab sind sehr gut. Zimmer sauber und wie beschrieben. Alles top und für unseren Aufenthalt war die Unterkunft perfekt geeignet.
Ein Beleuchtung der Tastatur zur Eingabe des Codes am Eingangsbereich in der während der Herbst-/Wintermonate wäre hilfreich.

I've came to Leipzig 5 times and every time the hotel was too away from the main train station (Leipzig hbf) weather in Luga Homes it was so close to it. And the city center is near also. The appartnment was so clean and good and it had AC!! The check-in was super easy and basic and I didn't face any problems.

Room was clean and big enough.
The two "King Size Beds" were not of the same size. The smaller one was quite uncomfortable. It was not mentioned in the announcement that the beds are of different size. The room was exposed to noise and very hot, the small air condition did not help a lot. Due to the loudness outside it was not possible to keep the windows open.
Amongst all pictures shown in booking.com, it is very difficult to identify the flat in which you finally end up. This is quite confusing.

Central location, clean and comfortable rooms, easy check in/out process.
It was a bit loud since it faced a busy road, however they provided ear plugs.

We had a great experience there even though it's only one night.
It's in the great location and the cheap parking building is next to it. The statement and check-in information provided by the hotel is perfect and precise. We could easily check-in without any problem.
The room we were living has washing machine and they even provide laundry detergent.
You can find sweet arrangement in the room from some details.
- There is no temporary parking in the front door of the apartment. You need to pay for temporary parking next to the street.
- It's in the city center. So unfortunately, there is a Cafe shop next to the apartment. You can smell people smoking weet next to you.

Good location close to the main train station with the option of bike use as well. Great to have the mini kitchen and back deck and the value was absolutely worth it.
Pillows were not comfortable. I love a goose down pillow but completely flat ones that poke you all night aren't quite what I was looking for. :( Easy upgrade!

Great location close to the main station, elevator, comfy beds, nice design, very modern bathroom, easy check-in and check-out
No cupboard except for 5 hangers in an open shelf, several parts of the wall had paint coming off from moving furniture around from what it looked like - made it look ripe for repainting
Would have also been nice to have a small couch or armchair to have sth else to sit on than the bed and a wooden chair

Great location, lovely large apartment, good price, well furnished, comfy beds...
No extra costs for bringing our dog. Parking just round the corner in a car park for 7 euros per day. Would stay here again!

Very friendly staff. Comfortable beds. In the apartment you have everything you need to cook for yourself and dine in.
It is near the main train station (2 min) and near to the center of Leipzig.
At first we got another apartment, but after clearing the problem with the staff, we got the booked apartment.

It was a very beautiful place with good view situated in the centre of the city. We enjoyed our stay there!

The check in was done completely on-line so we didn't have any interaction with the staff. We were sent the code for the main enterance and our room via email.
Location was great, just across the street from the main train station. It was clean and quiet. We were at the top most floor, under the roof where we shared the bathroom and the toilett with all the rooms on the same floor. I think it was around 5 rooms.
The pillows were filled with feathers which blocked my sinuses since I'm allergic. I didn't bother to ask for another pillow because our stay was a short one, but it would be nice if they would warn guests so we could ask for a synthetic filling in advance.
We were aware that we were sharing a bathroom but the problem was in the mornings, when people needed to use the toilett or just brush their teeth but some guest decided to have long showers (not hotels fault if some people are so inconsiderate). They took their time as if they were having a spa day and the rest of just needed to use the toilett. It would help, if the shower and the toilett were seperated or if there was at least a small sink in the room for brusing your teeth and washing your face.

I rented a room with my son. I informed that I will be around 23. The room had dirty bedding, after opening it was full of lint and hair. The pillows were dirty too. The sheets stank. It forced me to leave the hotel after 10-15 minutes in the middle of the night with my 3 year old son. this is an accommodation facility and we got a dirty bed!

One toilet for huge amout of rooms, can't get there the whole morning. The reception is working only till 15 o'clock. Poor sound isolation.

The hot water has been broken for 2 / 3 days. It has been repaired on the last day.
