Location is great, across the road from the beach, mini market/souvenir shop and pharmacy next door, supermarket 5 min walk away, tram stop 2 mins walk away. Very comfortable, spacious unit with everything you could need. Loved that there were beach chairs at the unit and an umbrella for us to use too. The only small downside was that we had to travel other areas such as to Playa San Juan or El Campello to have a choice of restaurants for dinner or lunch. Not many restaurants to choose from in Muchavista within walking distance from the unit, more of a residential area. Victor was amazing and so accommodating. A great stay overall!

Loved the location, straight across from the tram and the beach. You can hire sunloungers and an umbrella on the beach, if you are having a beach day.

There was one sunlounger, I do think there should be at least two. Some of the chairs were broken, so one of us always went without a lounger by the pool which was uncomfortable. Some of the restaurants were closed that were nearby, but that didn't spoil the holiday.

He liked the pool view from the balcony

The owner was not nice. A phone call was the only way to end things. There was terrible dust under the bed in the bedroom. When I opened the small balcony, dust flew all over the bedroom. There was no bath liquid. The bedding needs replacing and the bedside tables need renovation.
