I like the location the facilities the food the staff are verry friendly

Very friendly and helpful staff, good cousin and drinks. Good beach (sand and small stones), warm and clean sea.

The property and utilities are a bit outdated and were not renovated for quite a while. It it too much music throughput a day and a regular dancing every night till 23:00

Close location to the ocean, clean beach, good swimming pool, animation, snacks, party, and evening show.

We ordered two rooms, the three-bedroom room on the 1st floor was ok, but the two-bedroom room on the 3rd floor was awful. The ceilings are short and the aircon stopped working every 10-12 hours, we visited the "guest relations" office and explain our problem to the lady that literally "did nothing" to solve this issue! Our problem was solved several times by the cleaning staff that called to technicians! Wifi signal is poor and works ok in the lobby and rooms only! I was surprised to see poor food variety (almost no red meat), only chicken, turkey, and fish. So-called "juices" are like colored water. A la carte was awful, salmon steaks have a bad smell, and beef steaks are like fiber resin.

Almost nothing, other than the kind youngish girl at check-in and the ‘reception manager’ that listened to our feedback patiently. He offered to show us a different room but by this point we had arranged alternative accommodation.

The first room we were given was technically the right class of room, however the balcony was tiny and could barely see the sea which was a massive disappointment, given the pictures on booking for this room show a large terrace with sun loungers. (we understand that not all rooms will look like the pictures, but there should be some transparency). More importantly, there was a massive flood in the room and the staff seemed surprised that we wanted to change rooms 😳. We were told we could have a downgraded room but would be paying the same as it was done through booking and be moved the day after. We declined this, we were then offered a family room that was barely acceptable, at this point it was 11pm and we just wanted to check in and get settled. The were broken lights, nothing in the mini bar, not even water, damp patches on the sofa, flooded balcony. The food was awful - my partner had a very upset tummy. There’s one type of beer (Efes) to be fair, there might have been more but there wasn’t anyone that understood so, who knows! 95% of the staff were rude, unhelpful and didn’t speak any English. Checked out a day early (2 day stay) as we would rather lose the money than get more sick. Very loud music at 9:30-10am! Very geared towards Turkish and Russian holiday makers, which is fine of course, but English is the world’s most spoken language, you would think they would employ staff that speak it.

not clean, food was not good… other than one staff member at reception ( who told me that he is only temporary working in there) staff were not really friendly. room was dirty, stain on beds… toilet was dirty.. waited another 1 hour after checking to do cleaning but there was no change. not worth for the money. would def not go there again.

no matter how hard the housekeeping tries, the hotel in general is old and dirty a lot of people in the restaurant, noisy and uncomfortable you need to understand that this is a budget option and hotel guests will be corresponding to this rude kids club workers alcohol is terrible
