The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is great just a walking distance to everything you need.

Hotel is conveniently located near Taxim, only 5 minutes walk. Free car parking is a great advantage. Comfortable beds, very good breakfast with huge variety of choices. We were upgraded free of charge to a better room. Hotel also offers late check-out.

Location was great and almost everything is nearby
The beds are kind of hard if they were soft it will be 10/10 experience, everything else was great.

The best hotel I've stayed and the best service I've seen! Everything was excellent. From the check-in to check-out, the staff and the manager Dilek and the assistant manager Najoua have done the most to make sure we were satisfied.
During our stay we've got little surprises and gifts which it's really special.
The rooms are clean, tidy and luxurious, even with hamam on the bathroom. The location is close to the main square and streets. They got valet parking as well.
It's rare to find this level of service and the value of hotel. A truly five star hotel.
We loved our stay in Barceló, and can't think of any other better choice in Istanbul next time I'll be in this city.

Food in the dining room is not good, we are sick, we got diarrhea
The omelette is not cooked, everything is liquid, the person who prepares the omelette gave bad service, did not pay attention and does not understand English.
Many times there were things missing such as salad and it took a long time to bring.
Waiters are not available and tea and coffee are not served.
When we arrived the representative at the counter received us in an unpleasant manner.
We got a different room than we ordered with separate beds.
The room was not clean.
The room is very dirty.
Smelly towels, smelly sheets.

Lovely hotel next to Taksim Square. Good breakfast and breakfast room was large and spacious. Clean and quiet hotel and onsite parking facilities available.

It’s our 3rd or 4th time in the hotel, and it was as great all the other times! The rooms are big and clean, the breakfast is rich and the staff are the best part! Super helpful and always nice! And special thanks to Mert from the guest help desk!
