I stayed in Cvk Park Prestige Suites sides and it was amazing… Residance supervisor Susan helped us for select the nicest room. Yunis and Cenk was so nice and friendly they helped us about taxi and luggages.

Gorgeous hotel with great history and unreal views. Very luxurious and staff was extremely helpful. We would stay here again.

The hotel staff told us that we could only eat breakfast in one restaurant and not the one with the views. This didnt sit well with us. If breakfast is being served in both restaurants we should be able to sit in either one.

Room was very spacious, we had our 9 year old with us on an extra bed and still there was plenty of room. The bathrooms were very clean with top supplies and lots of space. The hotel's location was wonderful within walking distance to Taksim square and Galata Port. Staff were super friendly, Jihan at Concierge was very helpful, Malak in housekeeping was such a lovely lady and kept our room super clean during our stay,

There was no where to hang the towels after a shower. It would be great to add extra hooks in bathroom or bars.

Having to pay 7 Euros for a bathing cap if you want to go in the swimming pool. (That's the only reason why I did not rated a 10)
