Staff was really polite and kind, thank you so much for the birthday surprise, we did not expect it. The room was spacious, and well-equipped with extras such as dishwasher, robes, slippers etc. The bed was really comfortable too. The location was close to tram and bus stops, the sea and the main attractions. Great value for the price we paid.
The stairs in the nearby streets can be challenging especially with bigger suitcases and it would have been nice to have some brighter lights in the room

Firstly the staff here are really good. Very helpful and accommodating.
This accommodation is not what the pictures depict. It is now tired and needs a bit of an update. Scuff marks, worn floorboards, gaps in walls above shower and door jams. There is no exhaust in the toilet/shower, no detergent to wash dishes or a dish towel to dry them.
Location is great but probably not suitable for elderly or disabled. The street is very steep as are the streets surrounding this apartment block.
As mentioned above
