Clean, well appointed, with a nice modern design. Excellent breakfast. Staff were all very friendly and helpful
Minor issues with bidet alignment, and most switch places being crooked. Air conditioning in the gym was not working. Some noise issues that were not something that can be helped (daytime construction nearby, nighttime concerts). The taxi driver that was called for us to transfer us to the airport deviously overcharged us when we paid by credit card. While that is not generally under control of the hotel, it could be good to foster relations with honest drivers.

The staff were very friendly. Location was quite good for getting around.
We're given wrong information a few times when asking about location using a map. Wine was very expensive!!

The location, cleanness, comfort, and value for money.
There were some road works at my time. I know it is not their fault, but it was really noisy.
