Perfect and cozy

It was excellent! The staff was extremely polite, the rooms were very comfortable and clean. The fitness was equipped with all new equipment. Everything was perfect! I recommend this hotel as i would stay there again!

I would stay here again when in Istanbul.

Hotel staff was very friendly and accomodating to my family, especially my child. The service was attentive and prompt. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options.

Wonderful stay in istanbul trip with family or friends

The hotel, staff, checkin/checkout, bed, food, amenities, everything was beyond our expectations! We will be happy to come back as soon as we can. We will be referring this hotel to our friends too. O

Everything was cool except for the pillows. they are awful.

right in the center of Nisantasi, great rooms, nice breakfast, the steam room in the shower

My bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. For that kind of money they should provide you with the pillow choices.

Excellent service perfect place.

We had a great overall experience. Staff was extremely friendly, pleasant; remembered what we liked and disliked, we were certainly treated not as a number. For sure wil stay there again!!
