The staff are super professional. The arrival and entrance hall are very grand. It’s unusual in a city centre hotel. It has a resort hotel feel.
The location is a bit out from the center for sightseeing as there isn’t much an around it. But it is within 20 minutes walk to Taksim Square and close to Dolmabahce palace. It is next to a convention center, so there are lots of business people staying there.

Great hotel in an excellent location with amazing service. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was delicious. Every staff member greeted me with a smile, and a special thanks to Cem from the reception who helped me with everything. I will definitely be back!”
