The staff were extremely helpful and nice. The breakfast was excellent.
Bedrooms were a little small.

The hotel was good, clean, and comfortable.
The rooms were not well soundproofed, and the breakfast options were limited. There was only one road leading to the hotel, and it was sometimes closed, which made it difficult to reach the hotel.

Nice place to stay, big rooms, clean, all the facilities, private parking, EV chargers
1) Some of the reception personnel were arrogant while talking; not helpful at all. We asked them 2x to help us with a local food delivery app to order some food and products for our toddler, they refused us saying that we need to order from their restaurant! (Foreign numbers are not working for those apps).
2) There is a massive construction site in the front of the hotel, no one informed us, is noisy in the mornings.
3) The windows are not soundproof so you will hear all the noise from the outside.

"Per l'hotel, nessun vero problema. Il personale è gentile, le camere pulite e comode. La colazione non ha tantissima scelta, ma va bene così. È su una collina, la metro dista circa 10 minuti a piedi. ..."
