Staff and view from suite. I was staying there for my post op recovery. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable including a free upgrade to a suite. The views of the Bosphorus were insane from level 38. Breakfast was also really good - our last morning one of the waiters kept bringing us different things to try which was really lovely.

Breakfast is very good.
The location is terrible in terms of traffic to arrive and leave the hotel.
The staff are super arrogant and barely speak proper English at reception!!!
Every day we were lacking towels and bathrobes and as much as we asked they never came to replace neither to add more.
To finish, the indoor swimming pool is super cold so it’s useless, and I’ve made a spa treatment where the room was cold, there was no relaxing smell, no dry fruits no confort at all for the prices that are charged!! Really a shame and to don’t repeat
