Excellent service in all levels. Loved how everyone was attentive to my needs. Also room cleaning was perfect I went out to have breakfast and the room was cleaned super fast super cleaning! There are many restaurants outside which is nice to walk to. The room service food ( I ordered the gold burger ) was yummy!

Location : If you are planning to walk to the malls near by think twice because the only access is through the metro ( easy but takes longer) it’s a shame ( not the hotel problem though) that there is no direct access from the road. Second : the breakfast specially the Turkish coffee & croissants didn’t taste good

I kept validating my room card almost every time I leave the room

The room was clean and had everything I needed, very spacious and comfortable mattress which is something I look at usually. I didn't have time to try the breakfast but it was highly recommended. I had to leave my luggage at the reception after check-out as my flight was quite late in the evening and the staff kept it safely which I really appreciated. I would definitely come back again.
