Happening area, easy to find food etc
Toilet pump doesn’t work properly, water pressure too low, shower hose head and accessories need revamping.

No hot water. Dirty room. Complaining didn't help.

- Poorly maintenance for bathroom
- No Covid-19 prevention at all. Staff at the lobby did not wear mask, not a single one of them. Not sure why, because covid is still here.

this is not 4 star hotel. It's like 1 or 2 star hotel only. Never ever come back to this hotel again.

Room is small and dirty, my sink was clogged, the phone can’t be used, smell of smoke inside room, there were a lot of ants

The location is very strategic.
The rooms are very dirty and the room doesn't like in the picture. Lack of maintenance.

The location and the room AC
The cleanliness. Furniture is very old, some are broke, incomplete amenities. When I was entering my room for the first time and take a look at the bed, the sheets was lots of bloodstains, strain of hair.

It is located within the Braga street which is supposedly the center of tourism in Bandung where the happenings and old town of Asia Africa are by walking distance.
The cleanliness was not that kept. The pillow was too thick making it so not comfortable to sleep with.

But their front office are helpful and fast response, so they gave us another room
One of the room is trouble, their Air conditioning's timer was error and freon is run out, the sidelines of the table and bed are dirty
The substitute room was smoking room with a cigarette smell

Very good location
Room was dirty and continuous noise around the room which no staff knew what that was from. Couldn't sleep all night long
