Location is the best you can find! Right in the famous Braga Street and easy to walk everywhere like shopping malls, historical buildings, night markets etc.
Fun fact for Dutch people: the hotel used to be Hotel Wilhelmina (Former Queen of the Netherlands)
The room is clean but it a bit old. It need some renovations (for example the floor). At the door there is a small light that lights up the room at night so it is not entirely dark. Further it is not allowed to smoke in the room but our room smelled like someone had been smoking.

Location was good, breakfast not bad
I didn't appreciate emails and messages telling me my card had failed and booking cancellation was imminent. This happened on the evening of my arrival, at the time I was on a train. I was told payment would be upon arrival at check-in. The safe didn't work but was fixed next day but still a bit dodgy. The overhead shower didn't work and bathroom sink barely drained.. There was a mould problem in bathroom. I was disappointed especially given the price per night.
